Just an observation that the top post of all time in this sub is not the fattiest or meatiest. It’s the perfect bread-like thing or whatever it is that satisfies our bread craving. Just goes to show the power of carbs over humanity. I know I’m getting raked over coals for this!!

Just thought it was amusing that we want something we demonize so badly that we are chasing its near perfect substitute the best we can.
