Hey y'all, I have a questions about the recipes. Help please?

So, I'm very new to Keto. I'm trying very hard to cook and bake for my sweet husband. I'm hoping y'all can help me, as he's skeptical of the numbers on anything that doesn't come from a purchased cookbook. I just need something to take back to him. So, here goes:
(1) Are y'all mainly baking/cooking from home? If so.... (2) How do you arrive at the breakdown of your numbers for calories, fat, carbs, etc.? And... (3) Can you be pretty certain the numbers are accurate?
